1. In a T1 BS fully insured, with no fittings, they would get 90% of the bounty back. Raven purchased for 86m insured for 30m payout is 101m = 15m loss. Bounty payout 86m if you're going by Jita prices, = 71m profit. I guess its still exploitable...
